Britt was born in The Hague, the Netherlands and grew up as a happy, cheerful and imaginative girl. After her first time visiting a theatre, she fell in love with the art of performing.
Her first professional part was 'Marta' in the Sound of Music. She did several theatre pre-schooling programs, such as the Dutch Musical Ensemble. In 2017 she got her bachelor degree at the Codarts University of Arts for the study Music Theatre. During her study she portrayed the role of 'Stepmother' in Sondheim's 'Into the Woods', 'Princess Puffer' in 'The Mystery of Edwin Drood' and she created a solo concert.
After graduating Codarts, Britt worked in the ensemble and as alternate Josephine Strong in the unfortunately never shown Urinetown. After this, she got hired as one of the lead singers of the start-up cast on the New Mein Schiff 1 for Tui Cruises. She worked on the ship for two contracts.
In the summer of 2020, Britt found her love for writing. Together with Bart Wolvekamp, she created a Music Theatre show called: 'Me, You, Us.' She performed this show in October in the Tapas Theatre in Amsterdam.
Britt has been a part of MusicalCamp from 2012 on. She started as a participant, but she has been a part of the team for years now. Also, she did several concerts as a soloist for Ramaekers Entertainment, such as Reaching for Broadway, Best of Musical and the AVRO Musical Sing-a-long on the Uitmarkt in Amsterdam.
Her cover of Flight, originally from Craig Carnelia, was spotted by AVRO Musical and has been seen over 65K times.
Britt is a part of the Vocalist team of Carola Music. As Britta, she records vocals for DJ's in the EDM and Hardstyle Genre.
Also, Britt does some costumized performance in the different genres, like Musical Theatre, Close Harmony, Jazz and Golden Oldies.
